Aadhar card has become the need of every person in today’s time. Without Aadhar card, any government and non-government work cannot be proceed. As such, it becomes a need for every citizen of India to have an Aadhar card in their name.  Recently, The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Aadhar issuing organization, has launched a chatbot named ‘Aadhaar Mitra’ to address any Aadhaar related issues. Through the Aadhaar Mitra Chatbot, Aadhaar users can find answers for any complaints and questions and informations related to their Aadhaar. Here, in this article, all the information related to Aadhar Mitra Chatbot will be provided. 


About UIDAI Aadhar Mitra

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched a new chatbot Aadhaar Mitra to address the problems faced by Aadhaar users. Through this, users can get any information related to their Aadhaar and answers to complaints.  Aadhar Mitra Chatbot has special features like Aadhaar Enrollment/Update Status Check, Aadhar PVC Card Status Tracking and Enrollment Center Location Information. Aadhar card holders can also register their complaints in UIDAI Aadhar Mitra Portal and track them using chat.

Purpose of Aadhar Mitra Portal

The main objective of launching the new Aadhar Mitra is to provide facilities like enrollment/update status check, Aadhaar PVC card status tracking and enrollment center location information to the Aadhaar card holders from the comfort of their homes.  Aadhar card holders  can also register their complaints in Aadhar Card Mitra.


Facilities provided by Aadhar Mitra Chatbot

Through Aadhar Mitra Chatbot, the Aadhar card holders need not to approach Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) office to to know its status, track PVC Aadhar card, more information about Aadhaar center etc.  Aadhar Mitra Chatbot will assist Aadhar card holders for all these things. The Aadhar card holder will also get the facility to register a complaint related to his Aadhar card.


Call on helpline number

Apart from Aadhar Mitra Chatbot, helpline number 1947 are now available by the UIDAI to solve any problem related to Aadhar. Aadhaar card holder can register their complaints by calling the helpline number 1947. For Aadhaar users, this facility has been made available in 12 languages – English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Oriya, Kannada, Bengali and Assamese languages.


Complain through mail

Aadhar Card holder can also register complaint through e-mail. The Aadhar’s official email id is help@uidai.gov.in.
