Guideline For The Sanction Of Laptop To Differently Abled Students
IT has recommended buying laptops for visually impaired students for a total of Rs 30000 for all the students enrolled in professional courses for a total of Rs 60000. In addition, the government will occasionally give computers to pupils who have orthopedic problems, hearing impairments, or speech impairments. The rules for sanctioning laptops are as follows:
- One laptop will be given to the student once in their lifetime.
- If the student provides false information to profit from this program, they are responsible for any legal action taken by the company.
- Only those students will benefit from this program whose parents’ or guardians’ monthly income does not exceed Rs 15000, which is half the instrument’s cost, Rs 15000 to Rs 20000, and collecting the full cost to that monthly income of Rs 20000 and above under the ADIP Scheme.
- The students must also return the instrument or its cost. Laptops will be distributed through the assistant director, department for the welfare of differently-abled and senior citizen/district manager A.P. differently-abled and senior citizen assistant corporation.
- Students are required to submit a bonafide certificate from the school or college, income certificates for parents, saderam certificates, Aadhar Cards, phone numbers, etc.
- The officials are required to keep a record of the beneficiaries in order to prevent double claims or false claims.
- The officials are required to keep all applications received during the year on file.
- Only eligible details regarding the need for a laptop must be submitted to the head office
- Only students pursuing post-graduate or professional courses will be eligible to receive financial aid under this program.
