Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sarvekshan Yojana 2022

On November 29, the Chief Minister’s Health Protection Scheme will be introduced at Kurukshetra by Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister of Haryana, and Smt. Objective of Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sarvekshan Yojana

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will launch the Mukhyamantri Swasthya Survekshan Yojana with the primary goal of offering free door-to-door health checks and various types of tests to all state residentsso that the state’s entire population’s health can be formally assessed. On the occasion of the International Geeta Mahotsav, the Haryana government will introduce the Chief Minister Health Survey Scheme in Kurukshetra, following the model of the Jagmag Gaon Yojana.

Five Sections of The health survey scheme 

In order to reach the residents of the states, Haryana’s Health Survey Scheme has been divided into 5 groups based on age.

• First class: From birth to 6 months;
• Second class: From 6 months to 59 months;
• Third class: From 5 to 18 years;
• Fourth class: From 18 to 40 years;
• Fifth class: Anyone over 40 years of age.

Hospital Selection for health check up
