The beneficiaries of this scheme will be girl children born on or after June 1, 2016. Through this scheme, the girls will get financial support of Rs 50,000 in 6 instalments. The primary objective of the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana is to encourage positive attitudes about girls in the society in order to guarantee the entire growth of the girl child. Financial assistance under Chief Minister Rajshree Yojana

• The parents of a girl born by institutional delivery in a private medical centre will get a payment of Rs 2500 from the State Government and Medical and Health Department. This sum will be given out as part of the Janani Suraksha Yojana.
• A sum of Rs 2500 will be provided in the name of the girl kid once she becomes 1 years old.
• The girl kid will receive Rs 4000 upon enrolling in the first grade in any government school.
• The girl student will receive a check for Rs 5000 upon enrolment in 6th class in any government school.
• In addition to this, when a girl enrols in class 10 at any government school, a sum of Rs 11,000 will be given in her name.
• A sum of Rs 25,000 will be provided to the girl kid in this situation if she passes grade 12.

• The Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana was introduced by the Rajasthan government in the 2016–17 academic year.

Some important guidelines related to Chief Minister Rajshree Yojana

• The Medical and Health Department will deposit the benefit amount to the parent’s or guardian’s bank account when the girl has reached the age of one and after verifying her vaccination online for which a special ID number will be given at the time of the girl child’s birth.
• The second instalment will be given after uploading the Maternal Child Health Work or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department as proof of vaccination, therefore there is no need to apply for the first or second installments.
• In accordance with the existing Shubh Lakshmi Yojana, the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare would provide the girl child with the first and second installment benefits.
• After the girl kid enrols in first grade, the third installment’s amount will be granted. Applications must be submitted online through E Mitra, Atal Seva Kendra, or any applicable alternative in the approved format in order to get the third installment.
• A copy of the mother’s Child Protection Card, a proof of enrollment in school, and copies of all declarations pertaining to two children must be included with the application.
• The scheme officer will approve all submitted online applications.
• The beneficiary will receive an online transfer of the benefit amount to their account.
• An application in the required format must be submitted in order to get the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh under this scheme.
• Additionally, after completing the 12th grade, it will be necessary to provide a copy of the certificate with the application. It will also be necessary to attach a copy of the admissions certificate to the school.
• The Women and Child Development Department will be the administrative department of the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana.
• The concerned District Collector will review the details of this scheme once every month.
• The state government will periodically release guidelines and make changes to the rules in order to ensure the smooth functioning of this scheme.

Eligibility of Rajasthan Chief Minister Rajshree Scheme

• This scheme will be available to all girls who were born on or after June 1, 2016.
• The beneficiary’s parents are required to have an Aadhaar or Bhamashah card.
• The first installment benefit will be given based on institutional delivery if the beneficiary’s parents do not have an Aadhaar or Bhamashah card at the time of the first payment. But in order to benefit from the second installment, you must present a copy of your Aadhaar and Bhamashah card.
• The advantages of the scheme are only available to Rajasthani citizens.
• It is a need for all such obstetricians whose institutional delivery occurred outside the state and who were eligible for Janani Suraksha Yojana to submit the girl child’s live birth certificate.
• In this case, the Government Medical Institute with native jurisdiction will be responsible for paying the benefit of this scheme. The advantage of this scheme will not be provided to non-state maternity centres.
• All girls born in institutions will be eligible for the first and second installment benefits.
• Only the first two surviving institutions in a family will be eligible for the third and future instalments.
• In addition to the first two payments, the benefit of subsequent installments will only be provided to girls whose family’s total number of surviving institutions does not exceed 2.
• The number of deceased girl children relative to the total number of surviving children of such parents will be decreased if one girl kid is provided to such parents and if such a girl child of the parent dies who has benefited from one or two installments. She will be qualified for assistance if she is reborn.
• To get the benefit of the first instalment, it will be necessary to take birth through proposal in private medical institutions authorized by the State and Medical and Health Department for institutional delivery.
• The benefit of the second installment will be given on the basis of all vaccinations as per the Mother Child Health Card or Mamta Card issued by the Medical and Health Department.
• Efforts will also be made to connect all the first instalment’s benefits with the Anganwadi center through the Integrated Child Development Services. The scheme’s next installment won’t be delivered unless the beneficiary has already received the previous installment’s amount.
• A girl kid will only be eligible for this program’s benefits if she studies all academic levels at institutions run by the state government.
