Chief Minister Shasakt Kisan Yojana was started in 2018 by the government of Arunachal Pradesh to promote horticulture activities in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh per hectare is provided to farmers for Tea plantation, and Rs. 80,000 for Rubber plantation. Farmers also get seedling and planting material, fencing materials like barbed wire, nails etc for their land. The scheme also provides agricultural tools like khurpi, spade, sprayer machine etc are also provided to the farmers to carry out the tea and rubber plantation more comfortably. As a result of this scheme, the farmers will be able to get a better life and the economy of the state will also increase.

The main objective of Chief Minister Shasakt Kisan Yojana is to promote horticultural activities in Arunachal Pradesh. To do so, the scheme will provide financial assistance to the farmers for the plantation of tea and rubber.
