Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana 2023 has been started by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. Through this scheme, housing facilities will be provided to all the poor families of the state who do not have their own house to live and to those who are living in kutcha houses. Under the Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana, housing facilities will be provided to 1 lakh economically weak poor families. Through this scheme, poor families of the state will be given cheap flats and plots. To avail the benefits of this scheme, CM has also launched the registration portal. Under this scheme, priority will be given to nomadic caste families by the government. Apart from this, the scheme can be extended further according to the number of poor families in the state who need a house or plot. The main objective of starting the CM Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana by Haryana Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is to provide houses to the underpriviledged weaker section of the state at affordable prices based on their need and budget. The application process for Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana has been started from 13 September 2023 for which the Housing for All Department portal has been started by the Haryana Government. To avail the benefits of this scheme, the last date for registration has been set as 19 October 2023. Any interested citizen of the state who wants to apply for the Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme will have to apply online before October 19. For online registration, it is mandatory for the applicant’s family to be registered under Parivar Pehchan Patra. Housing colonies will be built in Panchkula, Gurugram, Sonipat and Faridabad under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana by Haryana Government using modern technology in which all basic facilities will be be provided by the government for HSVP plots. Under this scheme, 50,000 plots of one marla each and 50,000 flats up to 450 square feet will be made and given to poor families.
