Indian Army Recruitment 2022: Indian Army has invited applications from interested and eligible citizens of India for the post of Draughtsman Grade III who will be placed in Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25540 – 81100), who are fulfilling the requisite Qualifications. There is only one vacancy for the Post. The selection of candidates will be based on Tier-1 (Written Test) and Tier-2 (Practical Test) (Qualify/ Disqualify).
The age limit of the candidate will be between 16 and 25 years as of the last date of receipt of application.

Age Limit for Indian Army Recruitment 2022: The age limit of the candidate will be between 16 and 25 years as of the last date of receipt of application.
Qualification for Indian Army Recruitment 2022:
Essential: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution or certificate in Draughtsmanship (Mech) from an Industrial Training Institute.
Desirable: One year experience in Mechanical Engineering or Draughtsmanship (Mech) in Government/ statutory/ autonomous Organization, PSU or University or private organization of repute.
Scheme of Examination for Indian Army Recruitment 2022:
(a) The selection of candidates will be based on Tier-1 (Written Test) and Tier-2 (Practical Test) (Qualify/ Disqualify).
(b) Tier-I (Written Test). The written test will comprise of four parts as given below as per the standard of Education Qualification. The question paper other than General English will be bilingual i.e. English and Hindi. Candidates can answer in either language except for the General English paper. The duration of written papers will be 120 minutes.
(c) Tier-2 (Practical Test): Candidates who obtained the qualifying marks in the Tier-1 examination as may be prescribed by the Commandant 2 STC will only be called for Tier-2 exam.
(d) The final merit of the successful candidates would be determined on the basis of total score obtained by them in Tier-1 and Tier-2. Only such candidates who qualify will be eligible for being recommended for appointment as per their position in the merit list.
