Information on apartment distribution in Noida and New Delhi has been made public by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. On June 30th, 2022, the proposal was unveiled. 477 residential plots in five different areas were drawn for on December 16 by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). Plots ranging in size from 60 square metres (sq m) to 200, 300, 500, 1,000, and 2,000 sq m were included in the draw. As many as 782 applications were submitted for eight plots totalling 1,000 square metres, while 152 applications were submitted for four parcels totalling 2,000 square metres. The drawing took place in the community facility in Sector Pi-3 of Greater Noida. Because there were so many applications, only 2% of the total applicants were allowed to take part in the fortunate draw in person.

On October 3, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority made a revision to the plot program’s rules in order to help bidders who had previously signed up for the 400 available plots. • To begin with, please go to the official website.
• Now, a homepage will appear on the screen.
• To sign up, use the “Register Here” option, which is available on the homepage.
